ISO Summer and Fall Research Assistants

I am seeking additional highly motivated 2L and 3Ls with excellent research, writing and personal skills to serve as my research assistants this summer and during the next academic year to work on the following topics:

  1. In Progress: Tentatively titled Reverse Engineering Copyright (completion date: March 2012)
  2. In Progress: Tentatively titled The Expression Protection Question in the 21st Century: The Time Has Come (Again) to Revisit and Reform the Law of Ideas (completion date: March 2011)
  3. Update my article: In the Title IX Race Toward Gender Equity, The Black Female Athlete is Left to Finish Last: The Lack of Access for the “Invisible Woman,” 42 How. L.J. 105 (1998).

Interested students should have and maintain at least a 3.0 GPA and either: 1) serve on the WLJ or 2) have earned at least a B+ in Legal Writing. In the latter case, a strong letter of recommendation from someone who is familiar with your research and writing skills is highly recommended.
